Aggregating strategies and digital tools: how to create a new ecosystem to connect the territory and manage the multichannel distribution of tourism services and activities.

A DMO focused on the promotion and distribution of regional products and activities is a complex system that involves multiple internal and external operators and that provides an extremely diverse range of planning and management activities. These range from the structuring of the offer to the real-time analysis of results, and from the management of partnerships to the management of infopoints. From the results of the 2017 research conducted by TrekkSoft on DMOs and the study of certain national and international case histories, we will look at how to create a new collaborative ecosystem to make better use of available resources and maximise results.
